testify

verb

tes·ti·fy ˈte-stə-ˌfī

testified; testifying
Synonyms of testify
intransitive verb
1
: to make a solemn declaration under oath for the purpose of establishing a fact (as in a court)
When we speak of testifying, we mean actually against somebody. A basic statement for the sole purpose of his plea does no lt go along with your snitching allegations.

And you still haven’t explained why Young Thugs own father is in agreement with me🤔

I really dont think Puff had anything to do with it. Once 2pac got in that Sway interview and said..."what it is is them New York drug dealers got them under extortion, and I came and fux'd everything up." Thats when them drug dealers decided he was talking 2much AGAIN. Nuthin Suge could do to save him either.

Not only that he got in that sway interview and said BIggie told him...I hate Brooklyn, I hate NY, Puffy cheating me..etc. Biggie told me not to hang out with dude who shot me a week before it happen. Even prolly got biggie caught up in some shyt with them statements. Running his mouth.

Then he got to Death Row and was trying to turn Snoop against Dre. Over a situation he may not have even fully understood.

Dude lined himself up not knowing when to STFU or when to mind his business.
That part of the interview never aired live. You’re correct but no one heard that portion until sway put it out years later

Also, do you think a prosecutor is going to give you a deal based on snitching and all you said was yes its a gang, and yes they committed crimes?
This is what yall are missing...

gunna didnt have to point out specific crimes...

admitting the gang exists, admitting to being a member, and admitting that crimes were committed on behalf of the gang

completely removed any other of the other co-defendants from being able to attack the RICO designation...

the RICO charge was solidified through his testimony...

the lawyers would have had some room to fight against the RICO charge itself otherwise...

It aint my fault he was snitching. But claiming he was playing by the rules of the game. And he was clearly in violation. He wasnt even doing it thru songs he was blatantly snitching in interviews. At least 50 stuck to songs.

"them guns with the serial numbers scratched them was biggie's guns..." lmfao

Who went to jail from Pac's interview's? Who went to trial from Pac's interview's? Who was questioned by police from Pac's interview's? Pac ate those gun charges for Big. That sound like something a stand up nikka and true friend would do.

Everybody wanna try to throw dirt on Pac name now that he's gone and has LEGENDARY status. But it's nothing you can type that can sour Pac's name he was the realest rapper of his time and that can't be taken from him.

From saving a black man from two white dudes (who happen to be off duty cops) by busting a cap in they ass, to getting beat down by Oakland police, suing them and winning that case, to taking 5 bullets in a robbery gone wrong because he wouldn't give up his jewelry, to beating a nikka's ass in the MGM (on sight) because he had issues with the crew, to putting his THUGLIFE agenda in place and trying to bring morals and honor to the hood and street politics, to being an open book in his music and making you feel every word he said. His legacy is cemented and some nikkas can't stand the life he lead.

NO. Again, what you are missing is admissibility. Gunna could have said "I saw Young Thug kill 5 people"! And it wouldn't have mattered. If the JURY never hears what he said, explain how his co-defendants can't attack each and every element of the RICO charge? You can't solidify anything with INADMISSIBLE TESTIMONY.

you're completely missing whats going on

RICO requires a grand jury first to even pass individual indictments to those possibly involved...

The RICO status itself can be fought against by arguing insufficient predicate crimes or insufficient pattern of behavior.

Gunnas testimony prevents that from happening...

Although his testimony cant be used to charge specific people with specific crimes..

His testimony solidifies the RICO status of the case itself...

you're still looking at it in terms of trial jury requirements instead of grand jury requirements

Did you really think the state was giving him a plea deal with nothing in return?

You’re still missing it. Solidify it to whom?
