50 Cent, as well as every lawyer on earth, is a master manipulator, a lawyer will say anything possible so that his client looks good to the judge.

Hov and Dre and Diddy and Eminem and all the big dogs never flex online, because everybody knows they got it. 50s pride made him wanna post that dumb ish but I think most people know he has money, who was he trying to prove it to? Lol, dummy, hopefully he stays off the internet and remembers he's 40 and get in the fukkin studio

Outside of music, perception has always been 50 cent's draw. Currently, among general rap music goers, he lost the ability to release quality music over a decade ago. Which means he only has his "image" to stand on(and nostalgia). If he continues to damages his image, he could really end up severely damaging his brand.

dude is 40 years old, and on IG like a teenager. he needs to do what he was doing before which was helping people with Feeding America and helping kids in Africa. kind of like what Akon was doing. i'd respect him more. all that rich tough guy rah rah shyt is just bogus to him now.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
his lawyer just released this statement about his fans:

"I'm not going to ask you whether you listen to his music or have seen his videos or anything like that, but if you look at Mr. Jackson or other Hip Hop artists, they're aspirational," one of the lawyers says. "They come from poverty. Many of their fans are poor. They want their favorite rapper to be rich. Money is important to them. You look at his pre-bankruptcy persona, look at some of the videos, money is important. Filing the bankruptcy by definition presented a real challenge as to how it's going to be handled."

:jbhmm:so is this true? if 50 went broke and had to move into a modest community and cut back on the flaunting of the wealth would you still be a fan?

can't remember who... but some rapper put it perfectly

said no fans want to hear a broke nikka rap... they broke and you broke, what the hell are they looking up to you for? you ain't got shyt and obviously can't tell them how to get it... now if they broke and you rich, well now they look at you in awe, they want to BE you, they want to be like you, they in the club acting out your lyrics like they are you... for that 5 minutes, they are the shooter, the bottle popper, the nikka with all the girls, the nikka with the fast car

you go to any club and watch some song come on... watch the whole crowd rapping that shyt like it's them.... with the hand movements to match whatever the raps is saying... it's true

when's the last time a broke rapper achieved anything?
