when i see threads on here for 50, i swear it's 2003 or 2005 the way some people talk about him on here

i don't get peoples' fascination with him now

his music ain't been shyt in over 10 years and he makes and puts out awful movies (aside from that power show which i heard is good)

aside from his a couple of funny interviews from a few years ago, where does the fascination come from? he been so long now yet some people on here still hold him up to some sort of standard they did in 2003

only on here do i see 50 still talked about too. in the real world, ain't nobody talkin' bout him

good question, i don't know. maybe it does

50 musically has just been so stale and irrelevant for so long i don't even see how some of his new music still gets talked about on here

and then his "good" music was more or less really a "you had to be there moment" to me now, in retrospect

i enjoyed some of his music when he was at his peak and before his peak (50 is the future) but he's 1 of those artists who i've never had a desire to go back and listen to

i don't know, just my opinion

oh yeah and the game is as generic as a rapper can be. he's like a "create a player" in nba jams to me. i feel like he's the most "made up" rapper of all time lol

he still drops some dope songs here and there (too rich and I'm the man) and for the most part he's entertaining, and yeah power is a really good show, I think he owes a good part of his relevance these days to that too.

Watch it there buddy. 50 has released many classics in the past 10 years. The problem is people's hate has intensified so much they won't check for it or are afraid to admit it. 50 still drops great music.

those were like the last few mixtapes of his that i remember hearin' and they were cool

but album wise? he fell once he put out that curtis album. before i self destruct had moments but it won't no better than the mixtapes he'd done before that album
