This is really dope, salute for posting. Dre and Iovine wasn’t really feeling “Gotta Make It To Heaven”, smh, that’s probably my most played song from that album…50 made them keep that on there

Damn Dre didnt want 21 questions on Get Rich either. It was dope Barry White cleared that sample on his death bed. Even though that small sample cost over 50% of the publishing

Can we all agree that Dre has the worst A&R ear for music? He can make a song sonically sound great, but his record of approving songs is 👎🏾👎🏾
In his defense it could have been not the finished product when he heard it

And maybe not having 21 questions stop 50 from going that route. So Dre probably was right with that one.

I think I read somewhere that Dre and Iovine (by way of Dre) didn't want "In Da Club" as the lead single, they wanted "If I Can't". Eminem was the one who said it has to be In Da Club, this shyt is undeniable.
