It was a choice. I keep telling you cats from the very beginning. There was a reason his lawyers stated "personal" and his "businesses" will operate as in normal. There was a reason in the lawyer wanted 50 cent to explain why he "loaned" Curtis James Jackson III enterprises 29 million dollars in Jan 2015. It was a reason while being interviewed as late as 2013 and forward 50 cent would say My companies has more wealth than I do. While you guys was saying he can't move his money that fast ect... He was gearing up for this, he put his monies in his LLCs and he can maintain his business partners and hold up his end of the bargain.

Do you think a broke man can maintain all his business and open a hotel in Morocco? Got the debt reduced from 30 some odd million to 23 million of 5 years 4.62 a year with no interest.

No. He declared bankruptcy to keep from paying Officer Ricky baby mom's a lump sum and prolong the process by gathering all his debts in one basket. You can't get out of paying creditors. Do you think 50 used his own money for his business ventures? No the creditors loaned it to him.

So instead of paying it all back at once it's decreased and over a certain amount of time.

There's no decrease in amount. Maybe just not a lump sum. But that's it.
