Exactly.^^^^^^^^ an LLC doesnt provide ANY protection to their members if there is any proof of fraud or wrong doing. Also even if this isn't the case, LLCs aren't automatic protection. 50 could've set up everything right but if he signed a doc wrong he couldve personally guaranteed something which would open him up to liabilty.
