I don't think LL meant no real harm when he clarified the Amerie/50 hook thing but the way he came off had weird energy

The celebs are wild tho.. ppl in general are. It's crazy how ppl go online to air their frustrations out rather than picking up the phone and getting a better understanding

Most feuds the rappers have could be squashed by 1 phone call but it won't happen cuz ppl secretly record shyt and upload it so they air shyt out on IG where an audience is. 50 goin after LL holds no weight

When you really really think about it...50 Cent was the new version of LL Cool J. Dominant in his era. Songs for the ladies and the streets. Always showing off the bodybuild. Not the most lyrical but still able to make powerful songs. Reputation for taking shots at other rappers on wax.
Nah 50 run was less than 5 years ….. LL was relevant for over 2 decades man

I said what I said and I've said it for years. In the same vein that Nas was the new Rakim and Nicki was the new Lil Kim, 50 was the new LL. Let me also add that, aside from you dismissing Power Of The Dollar and Massacre as good albums, you failed to acknowledge that not only did 50 have classic mixtapes but he single handedly changed the mixtape game. Prior to 50, they were either called 'demos' or 'bootlegs' or "selling music from out the trunk.' 50 got Kay Slay and Whoo Kid to host cds of him doing freestyles and original songs and soon after demos were now called "mixtapes" where as "mixtapes" were originally done by DJ's only not some rapper with unreleased music. So till this very single day, whenever you hear a rapper say he's dropping a "mixtape" that is attributed back to 50's mixtape run in 2002. That's called legacy impact. And 50 also had a big comeback. 50's comeback was the success of the Power-verse. "Big Rich Town" is just one song yet it's iconized and has been active for 11 years now going on 12. It was the song that played at the very end of the the last episode of Power Force that ended a few weeks ago. 12 years for 1 song is different. That song has a shelf life similar to what "Bad Boys" is for the TV show Cops.

You can say all that and fact is, humanity plays a part as well. 50 laughs at people when they die, or go thru hard times, etc.

He's a petulant teenager-type and on top of all that, he cares NOTHING about his own race of ppl. Which, coming from the way he grew up, I can understand why he's only concerned about his own survival. But at some point, when you're filthy rich and an adult with no worries, you should awaken to certain things larger than you....instead of also being a ardent supporter of the current administration.

So yeah, LL > 50

LL was the first Jay Z if we keeping it real.
LL’s silhouette with the bucket kangol and truck jewels is the hip hop logo like Jerry West.

He’s the rapper protype once hip hop broke away from its Disco/Funk roots in style and presentation and truly became its own thing.

Every single rapper since has a bit of his DNA.

LL is a hip-hop pioneer and legend

50 Cent can't compare except with fame and money

but as far as rap legacy 50 should leave him alone

one day it will be 50s turn to be in the hot seat and roasted by everyone, and I will not feel sorry for him

Nah, if you saw how LL mocked the hook that 50 wrote for “Paradise”, you would give 50 the pass to bomb back, lol. Not you necessarily, you nigs just haters, I mean like normal fair people. 50 actually showed restraint by waiting this long
nikka 50 would kill a family member of yours and you’d be juelzing

Knock it off :mjlol:
