Great interview but at the same time, 50 sounds delusional. Nothing he has released has penetrated the top 40, which is what you need to do to dominate. But he's not even gonna pull a Schoolboy Q and do 100k+ first week without a hit. The audience is gone for him, period. Yet he's sitting there acting like the field is clear. Drake is running things, Kendrick is running things. I don't see 50 penetrating.

Another great interview. Funny how they mentioned about him not having security like some people make out. Only time i ever seen him with mad security was with his first album but that was all part of the interscope marketing plan.

i met 50 by himself at a Macy's (looked like he was browsin) in Connecticut a few months ago. He just be chillin. There was no crowd or nothin he came in like a half hour before the mall closed. He was wit a chick, look like maybe one of his assistants or something. The employees there said he stops in from time to time.

he's right. I love Floyd and his persona, but he has so many yes men and too many succubus whores around him in his circle. I don't live with the man, but everytime I see interviews or things on his life, he's surrounded by frauds. Factor in the fact he gambles a lot, and the fact he's gambling a huge part of his bankroll, I feel like over time he's gonna lose that money. I just have a feeling that's gonna happen to him.

50 is a lone wolf, but he has a shrewd hustler's, entrepreneurial mind. If he has a sense of that, then he's probably on the money.
