It all depends where the liability is (personal or corporate) - then you move all you can to the other, then claim the one in danger is broke. It's how rich people stay rich, get re-rich, whatever. The laws are on the books to protect them.

I'm starting to believe the theory that this is a front too, he probably squirreled away some money in some random company in Luxembourg or some sh*t. It's odd that it's slightly under the amount. It's enough for them not to force him to liquidate his assets, but enough for him to force the lawyers to negotiate a settlement. Watch Fif end up paying $5K/month or some sh*t like that
