They did. Originally, he was called Mike Bison but they thought they would be sued so they changed his name to Balrog and gave M. Bison to the dictator

I've followed the SF lore my whole life, never heard of Don Suvage or Joe....... Roman Reigns as Akuma ain't doing it either.... along with the obvious other ooor casting decisions..... Momoa as Blanka? ........ this is gonna be beyond ass....
