To be honest with you, basic inference should've made it plainly obvious that the Deponent is a law enforcement officer and that what you're reading is his written (sworn) statement of what he either witnessed or has investigated, but the fact that you failed such elementary deduction tells me out the gate that you're operating under motivated reason(or you're an idiot), which I find ironic since you swore earlier that you're not emotionally hurt or invested in what I said about 50. Well, nikkas don't purposely lie, obstruct, or damage control for shyt that doesn't have them in their feelings.

Anyway, if you read the entire document you would've realized that the Deponent is identified at the bottom of the page as Detective William Fitzgerald. I might add that Page 1 of the paper work makes this more clear, if you want me to post that or more information about the officer just let me know. Now as for context, what you're looking at is commonly refereed to as a criminal complaint(I've seen it also referred to as an arrest affidavit too), its a type of affidavit document, hence the deposing.

According to the statement there is an "informant" who is clearly an individual not named Curtis Jackson, I'm assuming under witness protection of some sort. Unless of course when they say "that informant" they are referring to Mr. Jackson (50 Cent) and Mr. Bernard (Tony Yayo?), which, would in fact make him a snitch If in fact 50 Cent was the informant and this sworn statement led to a criminal conviction of the Gotti brothers then yes bro 50 is a snitch, and yes that pains my heart to even say it why lie

50 never gave any statements to the police or testified against anyone. He's never done anything criminal really since that bid he did back in the day. 50 was never facing football #'s' has no reason to snitch.

Page 1 makes the context clearer, but It should still be obvious that is the context, the idea of the sentence doesn't make sense otherwise(main clause = X is informed by Y).

I get that being deceived by an artist that you valued for his authenticity can be upsetting to a point, but don't you think feeling emotional pain and lashing out on other posters is taking it too far? Like, you don't even know the nikka, so it shouldn't surprise you that 50 would be capable of conning his audience for a profit, he's human just like everybody else. I'll grant you this, its refreshing to see you put away your personal bias and approach the evidence with impartiality instead of obstructing and dismissing. That's all I ever wanted 50 stans to do, just give Ja&Murder inc side of the story equal consideration and then weigh which side has the stronger evidence.

I encountered a 50 stan a couple weeks back who was so delusional and determined to never accept the fact that 50 is a snitch that despite conceding the paper work's authenticity, he literally argued that the officer who is deposing in the paper work made up 50's statement to harm his career. I was completely flabbergasted at how deep his delusion went when I read this. And he wasn't trolling me, he really thought that was the most plausible scenario.
