Im a part of that generation and I remember pretty clearly everyone being 50 fans able to recite his music even in elementary school

just old heads acting stupid breh. I was in grade 6 when get rich or die trying dropped. Winter time I think it was and G-Unit had everything on lock. Kids damn near emulated 50 like he was a power ranger or some shyt. Might have been different in the 80s or 90s when hip hop was popularizing. But kids knew full and well what they were listening too.
