Besides attaching himself to those two the demand for him by himself just isn't there like that when you really think about it. Nobody is clamoring for another Jay-Z album.

This isn’t true. The Blueprint 3 won rap album of the year but the overall argument is foolish because most rap Grammy wins are for collaborations because the Grammys don’t respect hip hop. You’re only seeing the change now because they separated out pop rap acts from traditional rap. This overtime message board fans and people on Twitter go to try to dissect Jay’s career is weird. Like I fukk with you, but you guys know most people think this shyt is weird? If you don’t know that then you’re hanging around with people who share your beliefs. 98 percent of people would just call you a hater. All these other rappers did collaborations, why didn’t they win?

Jay Z post 03 retirement when he was previously always losing to white boy Eminem put American Gangster which was going to lose everything to the Carter III. The Blueprint 3, which would’ve been a hit without or with Alicia Keys seeing how Bridget Kelly sounds better singing the song and Alicia flops on her own. WTT - which was him and Kanye combined.

Magna Carta - which didn’t win anything besides the JT collaboration (and maybe Beyonce) in a collaboration category . And then he didn’t drop an album again until 4:44 where they had him go 0 for 8 against Kendrick in an album entirely about Beyonce. So 50 says they don’t show up unless they’re winning when more often than not he doesn’t win. 50 doesn’t have more Grammys because they had him losing to Evanescence and Outkast when he should’ve swept the Grammys in 04. And 50 is the biggest brown noser for white people, he just admitted his content is why he doesn’t win but Michigan State ass nikkas like @NormanConnors sayint facts .
