i think so... like look at RHQ no album, yet all 3 of his mixtapes have produced 1 or 2 smash hits that he's been touring off..

its weird but i think thats how it works to a degree..someone like ross and curtis its more of a way to keep their name floating cause they're more established rappers

eh...its got a few decent songs, but certainly nothing i'll be listening to past next week to be honest.

at the very least the fans that are still riding for him can see he put some effort in with this one.
