50 Cent being the mascot for this documentary did exactly what they hoped it would do from an optics and sales standpoint. Netflix prolly didn't imagine it would do the numbers it's doing. I'm on social media and people from all races and walks of life who haven't thought about hip hop in years are talking about Puff like he ain't shyt.
This is 100x times worse than what the trial did to Puff from a reputation standpoint. What's crazy is it will get uglier because now everyday working people who had no clue will dig deeper and find Gene Deals interviews. Gene Deal is about to do another podcast tour lol for a bigger number
I can see Puff crashing on 50 when he comes home. Buddy is cooked. Prolly not smiling in the feds anymore. Nothing to lose for real now. Sponsors and endorsements are ghost, and reputation forever finished. Everything he lived, worked, and manipulated for is finished. On top of that he still has 50 picking away at him.
