50's verses were good, as for the hook and beat? not for me
i'd love to see 50 from 03's reaction to this if you told him this is the type of music he makes in 10 years time
At the verse they should be able to admit 50 is spitting but nope some people on here can't even do that , no they got too much hate in they bloodsong is nice
first time i can say dont listen to ya haters on the net
once this is mastered i can see it being a nice track
i dont see whats wrong with the chick
nikkas have no problem listening to future a man harmonize on a track and praise that shyt like fakkits
but a actual girl is singing subtle...and it's ear numbing?
why doesn't this surprise me
What do you mean? The content of his verses is the exact same stuff he's been doing since he came out.
If your beef is with female vocals or something, peep this
i wouldn't even respond to dude i sat here likeWhich is not the same AT ALL

Yea I realize this. But the only aspect of this song I could see not being something 03 50 would do (according to @Eion Fiasco) - is the female/girly vocals - which is something he did do back then. I don't see the beat as being that unconventional for 50, heavy bass is always going to be encouraged in rap (albeit it's excessive and distorted in this song). As I already mentioned the lyrics/content is the exact same template 50 has been doing since he started putting music on wax.
So my question is, what is so different about this song than something 03 50 would do?
Another song that you might think 03 50 wouldn't have done lol
I'm trying to think of when 50 used a female on a hook for a single?(if this is or was meant to be a single) yeah he's used females before but they've not had hooks anything like this one.
It's just got a forced feel to me and an 03 50 never had that. Even the likes of Candy Shop wasn't forced.
But wasn't that her song? She released a version by herself anyway. Or they might have realised it was flopping and just didn't wanna waste the hookWas New Day supposed to be a single? Alicia Keys' vocals on that are good, but it does sound kind of forced and out of place like this song.
I think Recovery Em rubbed off on him.

50 Cent released his single "New Day" featuring Alicia Keys and Dr. Dre. The track, produced by Dr. Dre, is the lead single from his fifth studio album, Street King Immortal which will be released on Shady/Aftermath/Interscope on November 13th. (Interscope Press Release)
