Up keep is 72 gs a month, which is 864,000 a year. He has been living there since 03 to 2015.
so 864gs times 12 years equals 10 million dollars in upkeep over 12 years. He spent 10 million dollars in renovations. So if we add up everything on the house

Mansion purchase price = 4 million
Up keep over 12 years = 10 million
Renovations on upgrades = 10 million
Total on east coast playboy mansion = 24 million smh

For him to even break even he would have to sale that house for like 25 million smh.

Also everybody that has owned that house has filed for bankruptcy ​
