See I can't agree with this regression shyt...I don't think you can take his rating away from him just because you haven't been as enthusiastic about his material over the last couple of years, especially when you consider that compared to his peers and current day nikkas, he's still in that top tier.

I love fif but at any given moment jay could drop a verse better than anything heard on AA, the only reason he looks overrated is because he's been able to maintain his relevance with people who aren't holding him to prime jay-z standards.
