Not a chance.
Jay wipes the floor with Banks lyrically, it's not close. Banks has nothing remotely close to Jay's best efforts. Banks is a mixtape MC that has a couple of clever punchlines that wears off and becomes dated. Jay has metaphors, similies, wordplay that Banks can't touch.

Banks hasn't evolved enough as an artist, his last project was dope but it's not enough progress for someone who has been around for almost 15 years. Jay can get in the studio right now and burp out a better song than anything Banks has ever done up until this point. So far Banks has been an exceptional mixtape rapper who has shown flashes of greatness and that's it.

But as an MC, 50 is never in his life seeing Jay on any level. Not lyrically, not flow wise, nothing.
jay is a master of flow and wit. jay is easily in my top 10 just off the strength of "where im from"
50 is more like pac. he brings atmosphere to tracks. pac is by far a better rapper than 50 so dont mistake this as a shot @ pac or anything
