While I was in school I would of been like
But I have to agree I got my Bachelors in Business and let me tell you my degree is worth less than toilet paper. It's who you know and your own work ethic that determine your success. Rest is just BS. Luckily for me I worked while going to school so no loans. But if I ever have kids i would be cautious in advising them to go to college

Tell them to choose subject major that's in demand. The real problem is people don't know what they want to do or have a clue about the job market so they just major in general sh*t like Business...Psychology, Art lol and have no plan and complain that they don't get handed a 50k a year plus job straight outta school.
Show me an engineer without a degree. Or a doctor, lawyer, accountant, physical therapist, psychologist, dietician etc, etc. I worked as an employment consultant. With a lot of jobs now, applications are automated. If the gig calls for a degree in a specific subject (which more and more jobs do) you will be AUTOMATICALLY eliminated if you don't have one.
Education isn't a guarantee for success but it is a valuable asset if you work it right.
