You have 1 year to train and once you enter the arena both of you cannot exit until one is dead. Your only weapon is your body. Your opponent is bloodlusted as his family will be murdered brutally if he loses.

Once you fight one and you get passed him you get enough time to recover until you have to fight the next guy. If you manage to get passed the last guy you get 50 million dollars, of course you can turn down the offer and not accept.
