This is by design. The elite wants servants. New immigrants will come and not rock the boat and are happy to work for scraps during the 2st generation. It changes when their kids are looking for work.

We gotta separate these immigrants into three categories:
Educated and Needed = the Africans, Indians, Filipinos etc., getting those nursing and medical degrees. Definitely got a shortage so those folks step in and will always find a good paying job. Middle/upper middle class upon arrival.
Educated, need is ??? = basically all the East and South Asian computer science/engineer types. Some say the need isn't that high...that Big Biz is just looking to lowball American STEM workers. I've heard people argue both ends...who knows.
Not educated but needed = mostly Latin Americans (Central America tbh) doing the fruit/veggie picking, landscaping, maid type work. No American born person is going to rural Cali or Texas to pick grapefruits and watermelons but some of the blue collar work.....like construction....Lotta brehs wouldn't mind that kind of work if it was available. Mexicans lock that shyt down. Brehs either need to go the plumber/electrician route or do the 4-year uni path.

That's because they paid like garbageThe immigrants coming over here are probably more productive than the ones hired overseas. But companies seem to hire the absolute bottom of the barrel to fill positions overseas. Not a day goes by the outsourced teams don't royally fukk something up. But everyone shrugs because their so cheap.

This trend has been going on for a while. I think priorities on immigrants are for two reasons. (IMO)
1. They are better quality candidates because schools overseas do offer high level curriculums than the US.
2. They are more than likely to start businesses. Its good for politicians because they can say x number of jobs were created under their watch.

All I'm saying is people can keep holding out on that if they want, but before that happens (if it ever does) folks need to compete.
If it never happens during your lifetime or the next few lifetimes, then it don't matter.
Can't count on lawmakers to act in anybody's best interest. A lot of folks been resisting or holding out for so long and let life pass them by.
People can't let immigrants getting jobs stand in the way of them getting a job themselves.
At the end of the day, many immigrants are sending their best over here, so folks here need to start trying their best as well. That's the reality of it as it stands right now.

nikkas should have jobs where it’s damn near impossible for an immigrant to come and take your spot. There are resources out there.
Companies don't care about quality only the bottom line.

I hate people who say immigrants grind harder and use all these excuses. Nah. They keep labor costs low and are easily persuaded. Like teenagers.
They always use farms as an example too. If you drove me to a farm and paid me a fair wage I’d pick whatever you need too. Especially when I was 18 and had no kids.
And I get to get all my friends and family hired and there’s a chance y’all might build us some type of housing? Sign me up. But that will never happen because they won’t pay a fair wage and they won’t bus in nikkas.
All these factory jobs illegal immigrants snatch up should be given to people applying for unemployment or kids coming out of high school.

I've seen people blame immigration on those tech jobs but turnaround and say they hate that they do Leetcode questions because it's basically too difficult.
I say that's the most fair part about the whole thing.

Native American did not build the USA. By definition an Immigrant - a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country.
Also there were Black people here before the 1500s:
