Let's first define "mass" shooting. In my opinion anyone who shoots at least 18 field goals and 5 or more threes per game can be classified as a "mass" shooter.

Now statistically, using the definition above, if we filter basketball reference all time players by fg attempts per game and 3pt fg attempts per game it shows that in fact only 32.157693% of the players who appear have Caucasian heritage.
