I guess you wan't paying attention all the time 50 was calling jimmy a rat in 2007, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. When Jimmy was free. If you read some of the snitch who turned states evidence against Jimmy. Jimmy was actively trying to kill 50, because he hated 50 calling him a snitch and the slap of his son. 50 sent goons to his house and put a rat on his front stoop. But don't let that getting in the way of your argument.

That doesn't mean he's snitching. I believe it's saying he'll be sentenced based on his conditional plea agreement. But there are no conditional agreements listed. That can mean a myriad of things. For example, if you get caught with a small amount of dope you can make a conditional plea to complete a rehab program and be sentenced after the completion of the program. It's usually done to get a lighter sentence. I'm not saying he didn't snitch, I'm just saying I don't think this paper proves it.

If 50 could get this document, which is public, he could have gotten the rest of the documents to explain the conditions of the plea. Seems like a false flag to me.

Nope, I don't recall this at all. Link me to an interview of 50 calling him a rat prior to these new charges
