Well, it's gotta start somewhere before it gets to the real media and school ain't it breh? Youtube videos and articles will spark the conversations that will in turn fuel the interests of the mainstream media and schools to spread that awareness.
It's not a certified solution, sure, but it beats doing nothing until a better solution is found.

I ain't talking about telling nikkas what to do, I'm talking about being more strict about telling your nikkas what's not cool. Which we already do in many occasions basically; when your homeboy tells you he's finna fukk a 16 y.o. highschooler what's the first thing you tell your homeboy? I know for a fact you don't just say: "Oh sweet, go for it breh" even if it's legal.

You just admitted it is harassment/stalking which is already illegal, if you feel the guy is creepy and is stalking you then call the police. If the police don't do anything further it doesn't matter since you already possibly thwarted that guy's potential bad intentions at the moment. People are acting like these women can't just get the police involved and that would kill the situation at hand already. There's absolutely no need for any new street harassment laws.
