504 Gateway Time-Out errors - The Coli is unreachable (is anyone managing this site...?)

I regularly notice that there are serious performance issues with The Coli, but now it's to the point that the site doesn't even load regularly (this has happened 3 times already in the last few hours). Also, threads literally take over a minute to load.
