Ehh, thecoli and real life kinda ruined them for me. Just yesterday, I was in the whitest town in CT on business at a Starbucks and in came a sister, natural hair, septum piercing, dressing like a second hand store.
She was cute until i over heard, cis this, and the system that. While she waited on her white skater bf to get his latte.
Worst part was, she was cute AF, but when i tried to give her the look like "strangers in a strange land" , she just pretended like she didnt see the only other black face in the town.

No where was I angry. I wasn't trying to holla. Maybe its me, but I like to try to acknowledge my folk, especially in a situation where we're even a bigger minority. That goes for male and female.
