thats how it is in buffalo...i went to casa di pizza on my birthday and whole bunch of brothers were in the kitchen and all those restaurant downtown, i be seeing brothers in the kitchen....its sad, they're wasting their time getting 11 dollars an hour while making somebody else a millionaireCacs wouldnt even call that a "career"
And cacs in fast food can at least slide up to a mgmt position. Especially in places where the staff is majority black. I've seen it in Pittsburgh.
