Nothing, he still can play I believe,OJ Mayo had played HS Ball since 8th grade,unless rules have changed
He bounced around from school to school, and I think he ended up at a prep school his last year because of this reason. I know most districts give you 4 years of varsity basketball and that's it, I'm not sure how it works when you start this young though

If he's eleven years old and is playing in HS basketball, that's good. Wayne Gretzky was playing against boys more than one level up when he was growing up. But, he can't be playing HS basketball for 7 years, think about it. :lupe:
He's probably going to have to play Euro or Chinese pro league as a teen because of age restrictions in US colleges and the NBA. Then, when he's 19, he can enter the NBA draft.

I'd give him three years though. If he's an elite player at 14, then I will want to be his agent.

The kid has very good b-ball IQ for someone his age, the question is how does he develop physically, that being said, Steph Curry kinda set the blueprint for smaller guys in todays NBA, he could have a shot.
