you also have to remember the ground splits in half during an earth quake, trees fall, bridges break, and older houses really cant stand against them. people have gotten stuck underground from the earth ripping in half. its pretty crazy

shyt im coo.. the thing that got me fukked up bout this earthquake wasnt how strong it was..

when I lived in Richmond I used to live on the top floor of a multiple story apartment so even when a littler earthquake hit , it used to feel bad cause I was higher up.

the shyt I was like bout this one was how long it lasted... usually you feel an earthquake for like 2-3 seconds, if that.. sometimes you just feel a little bump and it was a milisecond.. this shyt lasted like 15-20 seconds

the entire time im holdin shyt up im thinkin to myself.. "Well if this lasts any longer am i supposed to run??"

Why not? People did it to Toyota during the 'brake failure' viral shyt. People did it in LA in the spring of '92. If some lamebrain is bytching about her bottles of vintage wine falling over, I can see folks doing strategic damage for the payout.

He means the difference between a 6.0 and a 7.0 is not a minor increase. A 7.0 is about 10x worst than a 6.0 just like a 6.0 is ten times worst than a 5.0 etc
An 8.0 would assuredly devestate all of Cali. Easily. And you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a 9.0 and the aftermath of Godzilla.

I'm in LA where its pretty bad... and I'd still say its hard to get used to it. You don't get scared like outta towners, but it only happens once every few years so it catches you out of nowhere and you have mostly forgotten the last time by then.
