I’m going to sound like Teddy Atlas, but Berlanga is just not a fighter. He had an amateur career, he’s a paid prize fighter, etc., but he’s not a “fighter.” If you’ve watched the sport long enough — you know what I mean. When met with any resistance, he will always struggle because he’s not a guy that is intrinsically, innately, at his core is a fighter.
