Technically would be the second. Miyu Yamishyta won an eliminator match against Thunder Rosa when Thunder went to Tokyo Joshi Pro. Then the title shot match came on an AEW show.

They couldn't follow it up because Cole's whole stable stopped being active as O'Reilly got a huge injury and Bobby Fish' retarded ass got 'deavored.

Bringing Cole back as a heel wouldn't have made sense either, specially with the way the roster was set up.
