Joe & AJ are having success, Roode hasn't appeared on TV and Aries is stuck in limbo. So it's 50/50 on the success rate.

Dixie somehow scrounged up enough cash to pay him more than what NXT was offering so I think he is probably cool with his decision.
He is likely making more than Aries and Roode.
