fukk you certed up balling ass nikkas, Im still out here fukking these hoes so hard they gotta use pto to take the next day off.

I’m working on this Sig Sigma shyt though, does that count as one of the certs :lupe:

Yeah. I believe so. Folks in my past job have sat for that and described as an adrenalin rush for their career.

I'm not traditional IT 6 certed either, but my revised coli theory is the concept applies to any individual.
  • Need a minimum of 6 "certifications/competent skills" to get you on the path to a "good life", preferably with approaching or close to 6 figures.
  • For me, I got the following "certifications/competent skills": 1) High School diploma; 2) Undergraduate degree; 3) Masters degree; 4) I'm poised for completion of one more degree anyday now :snoop:; 5) Have a certification in my field; 6) I want to get certified in one more related tech software. If I was fluent in Spanish I would put that. If I had a realtor or insurance license I'd put those.
  • Of course, this is just one path, not the only path to the "good life". Entrepreneurship, learning a trade, just a general hustling spirit, etc could also help, with/or without needing "6 certifications/competent". Still the concept is applicable, because you need to be proficiently skilled or certified in something(s), and 6 is good number.
  • The last part of theory is "6 certifications/competent skills" is about redundancy/resiliency. It's like if one of your certs or skills is no longer valid or useful, well shiit you still got 5 certs you can stand on and be comfortable.

Nice theory :ehh:

After this, I’m gonna try and do a PMP or maybe a Scrum Master. Trying to do shyt that I can pair with my finance experience. These certs ain’t cheap and easy though. But I see that depending on what you do, they definitely are worth it
