Very weird how work expects every employee to be proactive, excel, etc. everyone didn’t excel in school, why why would everyone excel at work? If everyone excels, then isn’t excelling average? Man these people can GTFOH, I’m gonna do this average job and y’all gonna live with it.

Took a break from work most of this year after a small work settlement. Was applying to 6 figure roles and getting to the last interview but would fukk up a “mock presentation” so I took a Senior role in August for low money.

The company is great but it’s only been a few months and I’m getting antsy for that 6 figure pay.

I need to just chill and get “time” on my resume I guess. Do people still hate job hoppers?

Finished final interview rounds at 1 tech company, got final interviews next week for 2 more companies.

Just had a phone screen for a role at another tech company today. But the thought of going from twitter to a tech company w questionable ownership

I would like to wrap all this interviewing up so I can enjoy December off and start new gig sometime in January.

Good at presentations I just didn’t know what they needed to hear and how to approach things. In my career I could be presenting to people in education all the way to software.
