welp...they pushed our content manager out, another person overlooked for promotion and given zero input into who should come in over them

My manager complimented me today. I hate that low key I seek her approval because my confidence level is low af, but admit it made me feel good.

It sunk into today the true uniqueness of my job. Working with data, often times the data is relatively the same, but metrics are dependent upon the company. For example Healthcare data is usually comprised of provider, claIm, diagnosis, or ICD-10…something standard.

This legal data is different. With that said I’ll be gone for the Lenten season. See y’all Easter! Abundance, luck and positive vibes to all until the. fukk being broke.

maybe that's why - is it a better company than where he's been? yall may pay more, have better benefits, and contribute more to retirement - something someone with 30 yrs is looking for

then maybe that is why he applied.
Our benefits and such are A1 but I should’ve mentioned he’s way overqualified per his resume. Should be looking at director level and not an analyst role.
