W2s aren’t even ready at my job. They were messed up and they’ve been giving us updates about them for weeks now.
I’ve been using AI to enhance my resume, but some of the suggestions go a little too far. It’s like it’s taking the job description and just saying that’s what I do at my current job

Yup, I was telling my bro there's not a job AI says i can't do
some of the AI resume edits be all cap
I got rejected for a role I was pretty excited about. Got the generic "position has been cancelled" email and I kept it moving.
About a week later the Director I interviewed with reached out, told me they made the position more junior than my role and hired an internal candidate. (Probably wanted to save some cheese)
Im posting this cause i think they'll spin the block within the next year. I'll bump this when they do.
