If I'm the grandmother I'm suing the fukk outta the school, the district and the city. Any half-assed lawyer can take this case on the arm because it's easy money.


There are ladders of referrals or some other protocols in place for incidents so I'd love to see where is the policy that says call 911 before notifying a guardian. Especially for a kindergarten/1st grade student.
