That’s not how it works. “Scared Straight” is for entertainment. Restorative programs and practices work much better. This isn’t early intervention; this is mental and emotional abuse.
Teachers aren’t allowed to touch students.....

So a is 6 year old being violent with adults (and presumably children). What's the solution? I agree that jail aint it. I also agree that putting your hands on that child ain't it. Call the parents... but in the mean time? It may be preferable in these situations that adults at the school are allowed to physically restrain and isolate a violent child.
