My first impression halfway through the video is that they are all fairly intelligent, more so than the average person. It's hard to rank them at this point.
The Marine comes across as sharp to me because of how quickly he talks. Somebody who talks fast thinks fast. And he's right, a formal education is nice to have but by no means essential. But he seems awkward and defensive about the fact that he doesn't have formal education to compare with the others, which makes me think he is not so good at social skills, which are another integral aspect of intelligence.
The dancer dude who is obviously not from Harlem
hasn't impressed me in terms of book smarts or learning ability yet. But if he is a professional dancer he must have amazing kinaesthetic intelligence. It's a valid form of intelligence to be physically coordinated and have total control over moving your body.
The PhD seems a little vapid but since she holds such a high qualification she is obviously good at book smarts and some of what that requires is transferable to other areas too, like the discipline and hard working nature it takes to get that far. A PhD by 30 is seriously impressive and at least in Australia that is a very rare achievement.
The Yale graduate has a lot of social intelligence because of the way she broke the ice and got everybody talking, and how she challenged the Marine with authority.
I haven't formed an opinion on the remaining two except for stereotyping: blonde woman = not particularly intelligent; east Asian: intelligent
I'd be very interested to get @Booksnrain's thoughts in this thread
