I would not say he is winning, but he certainly isn't losing given his situation. It don't matter how she look or her ethnic background. She was the one who held him down. So, I'd say that he is fortunate. He don't have to worry about too much being fresh out of prison. He got a house, truck, money and in house coot. Better than getting general relief and living pillar to post.
He can always charge her to the game, but he need to be smart about it, if that is what he wanna do??
