$6200 A Month Dallas Apartment

Not sure why y’all struggle to understand not everyone has the same goals. Dude could probably be living in a mini mansion in Dallas at that cost but that obviously isn’t what he wants. He is also not concerned with a ROI. What you think makes the most sense for you doesn’t mean it makes sense for someone else. I’m sure dude could go buy a house whenever he decided to do so anyway.

There is no reason to do that in Dallas.

He could get an apartment in The Village...nothing but fine azz chicks from SMU, nurses and the occasional MILF/GILF. Even the fanciest units top out at like $3k, and that's like 3 bd/2 bath. Summertime, the big pool is FULL of thicc jawns. Breh would eat like my homie does

He could build a house from the ground up in Plano/Frisco, get a nice ol skool crib on Swiss Ave or get something in Lakewood that would hold value.

Downtown is OK but it ain't popping enough to justify $6k/month. Ol Willie McGinest-look azz nikka.

Seems like he lives by himself. Why would he need a house?? Some breh on YouTube used to live in a million dollar house by himself. That shyt was stupid. Could understand a luxury townhouse but not a 6,000 plus sq foot home.
