I think down south in Dade is where you move if you a breh with money. Cutler Ridge/Bay area. I think North Miami Beach has some middle class Black parts too. Been a while since I been down there so I’m not sure either tho.

I assume when yall say black yall mean AA....Cutler Bay is flooded with Caribbean people & North Miami Beach is Haitian as hell. No shots either cuz I'm Caribbean myself

There's no specific area that you can point to and say "It's a lot of well to do AAs here".....most of the young AAs trying to do something with their life flee to Atlanta

That's the thing....with the Coli Diaspora Wars I assume these dudes are strictly talking about AAs, and you'll be hard pressed to find large areas of AA excellence down here

The only place you named that's majority AA is Miami Gardens, and like I said there are pockets of middle class blacks surrounded by hood shyt
