I don't live in compton. Im actually in Downey. I got fam in compton. And all those houses have grown in value.

My Granny purchased a lil hut of a house in south central for 90k. That shyt is like 600k now. Real estate here is a joke

It's crazy what these prices looking like.. I was touring multi families in overtown, lil Haiti and lil Havana and these Cali investors were gutting apts that were renting for 1k and plan on renting them for 1,800 for 1 bed rooms.. these are the floors in the city so imagine.. it's about to get UGLYYY if things don't change

Many of the new builds won't survive the distance like this house has. Built in 1948. Nothing special but they didn't have access to a wide range of materials to cut corners with

Compton is a shythole. The streets are horrible. Whores on LB blvd. Still very much gang infested. But u can say the same for south central. The 60s and 83s have some incredible and expensive real estate.

You're within driving distance of Long Beach and Downtown LA. Thats what most professionals care about
