The responsible thing to do would be an abortion. She's very likely to have some kind of complications later in the pregnancy if she doesn't. I hope she lives in a state where it isn't illegal.

My uncle was and old pimp and got his bottom/last hoe pregnant he was 80+ and she was 27. He was very dark skin, and the baby came out already dark as hell and it did indeed look very old. So I'd imagine if that baby somehow survives in that old ass womb it's gonna not look like a regular baby and will likely have a lot of health issues. I don't think she should even think about carrying it to term
