Question for the teacher apologists:

Was there any other way that the Employee could have handled the situation any differently?

1. He could've killed the youth with his bare hands and battered him into a bloody pulp.

Ok make another way to handle

2. He could've used a whip indiana jones style and snatched the phone, then fling it out the window.

Ok so make another

3. He could've called 911 and the cops could've arrested the youth for uh... :mjpls: :mjpls: "disorderly conduct" :sas2:

those are three possible situations

:mjlol: fukking clowns

If there is proof that the teacher was taking the kid's phone so he could actually take it home and keep it then u clowns are 100% right.

But ya reaching if that's really what ya think happened.

These psuedo-militants went full retard. I can tell some are just old fukks that didn't go to high school when cell phones existed. Teachers take phones away from kids that are being little fakkits all the time. They only take it away if it's a multiple time offense and they virtually always give it right back to you at the end of class.

They didn't discriminate either. Cacs, mexicans, blacks, everybody was giving up their phone if they were being a$$holes about it.

These E-Panthers acting like the cac took the phone home, jail broke it and sold it on the classifieds on st0rmfr0nt to pay for membership into the Klan or something

How hard is it to call security or the administrators and say "I have a student who won't give up his phone please send help" :dwillhuh:

File paperwork for suspension or W/E and be done with it. These top flight security a** n***as just love authority and he couldn't resist making it physical:lolbron:

Why bother with a ignorant teenager when he doesn't want to comply? Get him out here and continue class. But nah teacher want to press you like you 5-0 :scust:

Old man deserved a haymaker :scust:

Teacher didn't even put up a fight. How are you gonna let someone you know is in the wrong put their hands on you? Kid would have got punched.

You don't get paid to do that s*** teacher should have chilled and called security, old man learned the hard way :russ:

Exactly. These c00ns acting like a teacher should be security as well. There is a button teacher's press whenever students don't comply and security or the police handles the situation from that point on. The old man over stepped his boundary and got a wake up call.

This is why no one hires black people. Just fukking FOLLOW THE RULES and people wouldn't take your shyt or try to throw it away. I know teenagers, black especially, want to be rebels, but there's a time and place for that, and it's not during school hours.

Point blank, if someone is habitually on their phone, you can ask for it or send them to the office. Simply taking it (ESPECIALLY AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL) is asking for problems (unless you're a Brock Lesnar built teacher :whoa: ). As a teacher, you gotta put your pride aside when disrespected and follow protocol. Taking a phone is NEVER protocol. Asking for it is fine.

Now, you if it continues after that, contacting their parents and further punishment in the form of detention and, unfortunately, suspension is in order. Students have NO, absolutely NO reason to be on their phone during class. If they don't like it, too bad, you're at school not at home.

Now that student overreacted and I hope he isn't thrown to the wolves, but he was wrong for starting a physical altercation like that.

I really dont see why the cell phone is so important that it got physical for either
party. As a teacher why the fukk are you trying to snatch shyt from students? Kick them out of the class, call security, call the parents, or ignore the little shyt head and keep class going. You are there to teach. Let the people hired to handle conflict handle the conflict.

As the student how the fukk is it okay in your mind to put your hand on the teacher like that? You bout to be all types of jammed up over a damn phone. They always give that shyt back within a week tops.

I get how you could feel slighted and to be honest dude really has no right or reason to actually snatch the thing, but you gotta think in situations like that and control your emotions. He wasnt going to take it home. He wasnt going to break it. He was going to hold it. Now you bout to be in Juve with some nikkas thats gone see how tough you really are. Stupid:stopitslime:

I know they get students to sign contracts and stuff because I had to sign one too but I dont recall a single time a teacher actually just took something from a student. They would ask for it and if you didnt give it up you got the boot. If you were a repeat offender you got in school suspension or they sent you home. Never saw it get physical or saw some teacher try to flex on a student and I saw people on their phone all the time
