pulled 122 hr pay period these last two weeks with a day off in there somewhere. that OT keeps a nikka busy. im only supposed to work 70 hrs every two weeks. i blow past that every fukking time

I wish i could get a 66 hour work week. After you work 40 hours, you get 9 hours on overtime. Then after 9 hours all the overtime you work after that is double time. That's a nice check but damn you got to be at work for that shyt.

i work as a longshoreman and damn i work hours u wouldn't believe.

i usually don't post after 10pm west coast time cause i'm getting ready for bed and has to be up at 3am and work till 1pm sometimes

i'm interviewing next week for progressive because i need to take care of my health, even if it will cost me $2.00/$4.00 less and hour

that's cool and i wish u the best but a lot of us out here didn't make these jobs are plans. i started working with a enron parent company and they went under and i was waiting almost 3 months for another job and this one came up ( long beach port) and i took it and i still never heard from the other companies and yeah i have a college degree also.

Long Beach Port is bullshytting and started changing job titles so they can pay people less or even higher new people who will take less pay but do hard work and hours.

every 2 or 3 steps i make ahead, there's always a couple steps back.
