Once you get used to it it's not that bad honestly.

I'd rather wake up at 5 and cruise to work than fight 8:30 traffic

Eh. If you take a power nap from 3-4 you can easily make it to 10:30-11 every night.
Exactly if i didn't have errands to run, I could be home by 3 and nap/chill/play madden or whatever till everyone else gets to the crib at 6. Then I still got till like 10 to do whatever.

I remember when folks wanted to do happy hours or kick it after work I could leave the job, go to the theater entire movie before nikkas got off work.

I miss it. Monday-Friday 6-3.

You can get off, take a nap, have the rest of the day to do whatever.:blessed:

Zero traffic on the way to work.:blessed:

You skip the bullshyt 4pm-6pm traffic.:blessed:

And you can schedule stuff for afternoons and not have to miss a day of work.:blessed:

Now im back to the 8:30-5 life:mjcry:
:mjcry:

I used to ride my bike in to my 6:00-3:30 shift. shyt was like the Vanilla Sky scene with empty ass Times Square

I just need to put in my eight. Usually go from 9 to 530 but I might do a 6 or 7 start time on Friday so I can dip out earlier than usual. The only time traffic sucks is on the way home and that's probably 15-20 minutes tops waiting in that shyt.

Worked at my last job and we could come to work anytime from 6-9am and just do the 8.5. I got in at nine thinking I was living the life getting all my sleep.

Then I decided to give the 6 am a try for a few weeks. After 2 weeks I adjusted. :banderas: I cannot explain the goatness of 6-2:30. My new job has been 6-2:30 and I'm a year in and cannot imagine going back to that schedule. Traffic drains the life out of you man. Now I'm driving to work with the beautiful sunrise everyday. Highways clear.

Coming home with energy for my wife :shaq:

Getting home before dark in the winter :blessed:

Pick up my daughters from school and day care and go on daddy/daughter dates. :wow:

You really get your life back and don't have to schedule everything on weekends. Simple stuff like getting your oil changed after work.

Sleep at 12 and up at 5. Never going back :obama:
