A lot of black people have no moral code and would do anything for a check. Similarly, a lot of black people are docile towards outsiders and reserve all hostile energy towards people that look like them.
The lack of moral fibre isn’t inherently nor exclusive to black people but it’s felt a thousands times more than it does for other communities because black people have a different set of circumstances and history in the world. We are not on a level playing field.
This is why until we get on code shyt like this will always happen. I mean the moment someone try to apply pressure on 69 there will be black people arguing in his favor and to give him a pass because “he’s from such and such area” or “he’s not white white” and the people trying to apply pressure will be labelled and portrayed as “haters”. That’s without mentioning that all 69 has to do is tell some dikkheads that he’ll cop them Jordans and he’ll a full black security detail in the blink of an eye. Oh and there’s the “black people” willing to support and defend him just because he aggravates other black people.

Went to a majority hispanic Junior High School in a predominantly hispanic/latino neighborhood (in the South Bronx). I heard that word so much coming out of the mouths of Latino's and I would check people all the time my first year. But the other black kids in my school didn't back me on my position so I was stranded. When I say black kids I'm talking about African American's and West Indians. In the latino demographic you had a lot of people who looked like us but they didn't identify with being black(except the Puerto Rican breh Wilfredo 
and the Dominican breh Eddie), I'm talking about kids as dark as me. When I would check the mestizo looking latino's on it they'd side with them on some goofy shyt. There was this cac looking Dominican kid named Michael Alcantara that would say I have black people in my family so I can say it and there'd be this lil c00n ass black Dominican kid named Elvis(yes, Elvis that's his government name 
) that would kiss his ass and back him. It got to the point where I had to swallow that pill or else I'd end up having to fight the whole school at 3 o'clock dismissal. I grew up in black neighborhood(AA/Caribbean) that was literally 100% black neighborhood like I could count how many outsiders there were in my neighborhood, so I didn't grow up hearing non-black people calling me that word. It was a culture shock going to that school.

Well there are hoods that have no Latinos, period. In Baltimore, Mestizo nikkas are food. There are random acts of violence against mestizos all the time in Baltimore. I don't think some Baltimore or Detroit nigs cool with "I'm Spanish, so I can say nikka" shyt.
I'm from the Bay and mestizos say nikka all the time. But blacks are a declining population in the Bay. And blacks clique up with Mexicans and Asians in the Bay because they always pretty much forced to interact with them in the hood since birth.Depends on who else agreed to cooperate
