But, you have actual games to play so you'll be straight. Also, just learning how to navigate thru your system will take a week.
There are two tutorials on the system. And the system will learn your voice better as time goes on
Just make sure you calibrate the kinect sensor at startup and anytime you move it to a new location.
It will make everything work so much smoother
Also, during the calibration process it ask you to turn your volume up to twice as loud as you'd normally have it
That way, it can understand you even if there is noise from the game/movie/etc in the background

Killer Instinct, Project Spark, Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason are the free games.
There's also a few demos... Fifa 14, Live 14, Dead Rising 3 (20mins. 2 tries) Zoo Tyc00n, Zumba Fitness, Lego Movie and Lego marvel superheroes which is actually a really fun game.
